Who we are

The Seva Care Group is an innovative, specialist, multi-disciplinary support provider based in London supporting those with learning disabilities, autism, behavioural, emotional and social needs and other complex support requirements.

We offer a complete range of services from accommodation to community based support including day and night respite to education, work experience, employment opportunities and fully accessible transport resources.

The Seva independent school currently caters for pupils from 7 to 25 years of age with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, as well as those with mild special needs and learning difficulties.

Our school is one of several outreach facilities within the Seva Care Group, where services for young adults with disabilities, mental health and learning needs are met.
Seva Independent School is very much at the centre of the community that it serves, and relationships are strong. One of the school’s greatest strengths is its commitment to supporting its families. We truly believe that a safe, happy and comfortable young person is one who will thrive and reach their full potential.

The curriculum delivered by our talented teaching and in-class support staff provides rich learning experiences and opportunities where every pupil gains knowledge and skills to understand and contribute to the world in which they live. Each pupil has an individual learning plan which carves the pathway to their unique set of skills and interests. The curriculum builds aspirations, creates a sense of belonging and develops talent. The curriculum is enriched by specialist teachers, trips and a wide range of vocational studies, practical elements and additional resources. This curriculum that we offer ensures that our school vision becomes a reality for our pupils.

Also, pupils are offered enrichment activities in vocational skills through the AQA and ASDAN learning platforms in preparation for employment. These will be provided across our vocational hubs in Harrow.

We believe there is no limit to learning and we provide a stimulating and nurturing environment from where pupils gain academic and social skills and are valued members of the community.

Message from our Executive Headteacher

I am delighted to welcome you to our school. There is something very special about Seva Independent School and we are incredibly proud of our unique children, supportive parents, inspirational staff and forward thinking governors, where we all work together to make Seva a safe, happy and fun place to learn.

At Seva Independent School we have learning and high standards at the heart of all we do. We encourage all our pupils to make independent choices to achieve the best they can across every area of school, from the rich and broad curriculum to the wide range of extra-curricular activities and participation in our outreach opportunities.

We are proud of our pupils who achieve so much while they are with us and go on to further learning and employment leading independent lives and are welcomed members of the community.
